The Oakmont Fire Department is deeply saddened to announce the passing of retired firefighter/ past president Rich (Rock) Giovanetti. Rich served 35 dedicated years to the Borough of Oakmont Fire Department. His knowledge of the fire service and his ability to lighten the mood when needed are greatly missed. He was a man known for his quick wit and sharp comebacks, and he will be deeply missed.
