Update from Oakmont Volunteer Fire Department
On 2/12/26 at 3:17pm The Oakmont Volunteer Fire Department was alerted for a residential structure fire with possible entrapment in Plum Boro. 216EN and 216TK responded with 10 firefighters and assisted Logans Ferry Heights Volunteer Fire Department with ventilation, fire suppression, overhaul and salvage of belongings for the homeowner. The fire was brought under control very quickly.

Logans Ferry Heights in Plum is an area known for its tight and narrow roadways. Our team is highly trained and experienced in safely maneuvering and properly setting up the truck in challenging environments like this.
