Activity at Riverside Park has started. A temporary inconvenience for permanent improvements.
The first phase includes improvements in the upper portion of Riverside Park with the construction of a new basketball court and a concrete extension that will serve as the patio for a future, outdoor kitchen space available for rent as well as used for civic and other activities. This phase also includes reimagining the existing lower basketball court into three (3) league-sized pickle ball courts.
Future phases include an improved northern park entry with gatehouse, hard-surfaced walking paths to park amenities and other improvements.
