TRAFFIC ALERT: Beginning July 21, and during the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Allegheny River Boulevard (ARB) will be CLOSED at the Hulton Road intersection for sanitary sewer construction. Pass-through traffic will be permitted during all other hours.
Local traffic only will be permitted beyond 5th Street driving north on ARB. All through traffic to Hulton Road will need to turn at Pennsylvania Avenue. Construction is expected to last until July 24.
