Pennsylvania’s new distracted driving law, known as Paul Miller’s law, will go into effect in June 2025.
This law prohibits drivers from using any mobile device while driving.
🚦That includes taking a quick scroll break at a red light or when stuck in traffic!🚦
Remember, anything that causes you to take your full attention away from driving is considered distracted driving. Be safe out there!
