As mentioned in a recent Trib Article (https://triblive.com/local/oakmont-residents-have-new-communication-route/) we have reformed our “contact us” page to make sure residents concerns are directed to the right place.
In some cases, it makes more sense for resident concerns to go directly to a department or committee. For example, a resident reporting concerns regarding a pothole is better suited for the streets department. This revised form ensures while council see constituent concerns, so do the appropriate counterpart.
