    As applicant, I hereby agree that I, or the entity of which I am representative, am subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the terms and conditions set forth in Oakmont Borough Ordinance No. 741 (Enacted December 12, 1939) to make full restitution, indemnify and save harmless the Borough of Oakmont from any loss, injury or damage caused to utility lines, street or sewer connections, sidewalks, grass, trees, steps or any other property of any person, firm or corporation.
