The Borough of Oakmont is excited to announce that Oakmont residents will have a new recycling option at our Recycling Center. We are adding a Cardboard Recycling Collection Bin to help you recycle cardboard easily and responsibly.
What You Need to Know:
- The Oakmont Recycling Center is located at 3 Ann Street.
- There are bins at the location to accept glass, aluminum cans, gently worn clothing*, and now cardboard.
- The bin will be available for use, beginning in March, from dawn to dusk.
- To make it easier for everyone and to maximize space, we kindly ask that you flatten cardboard boxes before placing them in the bin.
