Inspection relative to the above-referenced schedule shall not constitute a representation, guarantee, or warranty of any kind by the Borough of Oakmont, or by an officials, employee or consultant thereof, of the practicability, safety or compliance of said construction, and shall create no liability upon or cause of action against such a public body, official, employee or consultant for any damage that may result pursuant thereto.
